These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyroDeck, a product of Lexx Corporate Limited ("Lexx Corporate," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using MyroDeck, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent. If you don't agree, please don't use MyroDeck.
MyroDeck is a business management platform providing accounting, inventory, point-of-sale, HR, and procurement functionality, delivered as a hosted, multi-tenant application accessible over the internet and, where supported, as a Progressive Web App. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.
You must provide accurate information when registering a business ("tenant") on MyroDeck and keep it up to date. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. The individual or business that registers a tenant is responsible for the conduct of every staff member they invite into that tenant.
MyroDeck offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans, described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through MyroPay and our payment partners. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling, upgrading, or downgrading.
If a tenant exceeds the limits of its current plan (for example, locations, staff logins, or inventory items), MyroDeck will prompt an upgrade before those limits materially affect the tenant's ability to use the service.

As between you and Lexx Corporate, you retain ownership of the business data you enter into MyroDeck — sales records, inventory, accounting entries, HR data, and similar. We process this data solely to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, and for maintaining your own backups where appropriate, in addition to any backups we may perform.
MyroDeck's software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Lexx Corporate Limited or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MyroDeck for your own business operations — nothing here transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
We aim to keep MyroDeck available and reliable, including offline-capable point-of-sale functionality designed to tolerate intermittent connectivity. However, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may perform maintenance, or modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.
MyroDeck is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexx Corporate Limited's aggregate liability arising from your use of MyroDeck will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
You may cancel your MyroDeck subscription at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access to MyroDeck if you materially breach these Terms, including through unlawful use or non-payment, generally after reasonable notice where practical. On termination, your right to use MyroDeck ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of MyroDeck will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, we'll notify registered account holders directly. Continued use of MyroDeck after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
