What MyroDeck is

MyroDeck is an all-in-one accounting, inventory, point-of-sale (POS), HR, and procurement platform, built for retailers, pharmacies, restaurants, and distributors across Africa. Instead of running separate tools for the till, the books, stock, and staff, everything lives in one system — a sale updates stock, and stock updates the books, automatically.

MyroDeck is a product of Lexx Corporate Limited, a Lagos-based technology and strategic consultancy with offices in Lagos, Ibadan, and Benin City, Nigeria.

MyroDeck ships with templates for retail & supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants & hospitality, distribution & wholesale, fuel & gas stations, and salons/service businesses, plus a general template for anything else — see the Industries page for how each one adjusts fields, receipts, and workflows.

MyroDeck is built starting with Nigeria — Naira pricing, VAT-ready invoicing, and local payment rails (Paystack, Flutterwave, Mono) — with a broader African market in mind.

Trying it out

Yes — the live demo lets you switch between roles (Owner, Cashier, Accountant, HR Manager, Sales, Inventory Manager, and Staff) and explore each one's actual dashboard and navigation with sample data, entirely in your browser. No account, login, or card is needed.

Yes — MyroDeck has distinct roles (Owner, Admin, Accountant, HR Manager, Sales, Cashier, Inventory Manager, Staff), and each one gets its own dashboard and navigation suited to their job. A cashier sees the till, not the ledger; an HR manager sees attendance and complaints, not stock counts. The live demo shows this directly.

No — MyroDeck runs in the browser and can also be installed as a Progressive Web App on desktop or mobile for an app-like experience, with offline support at the point of sale.

Pick a business type at signup — retail, pharmacy, hospitality, fuel, or general — and MyroDeck configures fields, receipts, and workflows to match. Add your product catalog, locations, and team (directly or from a spreadsheet you already keep), and you can start ringing up sales the same day.

What it does

Yes — the point-of-sale screen works offline as a Progressive Web App and syncs automatically the moment you're back online, so a dropped connection at the till doesn't stop a sale.

Cash, card, bank transfer, and Paystack/Flutterwave, all in the same checkout flow, with support for split payments.

Yes — every tenant gets at least one location by default, and MyroDeck supports per-location stock, tills, and reporting, plus consolidated profit & loss across every branch, without re-architecting anything as you add locations.

Yes — staff records, shift-based attendance (clock in/out), and payroll that disburses straight to bank accounts, tracked per location like everything else. HR also includes leave management and an internal support-ticket system employees can use to raise questions or complaints, which HR can respond to directly.

Yes — bank-linked reconciliation is supported via Mono, so bank transactions can be matched against what MyroDeck already recorded.

Yes — add your product catalog, locations, and team directly, or import from a spreadsheet you already keep, as part of getting set up.

Pricing & plans

MyroDeck has a Free plan (₦0/month, 1 location, 2 staff logins, no card required) plus Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans that add locations, staff, and inventory capacity as you grow. Every plan — including Free — includes the full feature set; plans differ only by size limits. See the Pricing page for exact figures and the pricing-specific FAQ.

There is a genuine Free plan (not just a time-limited trial): 1 location, 2 staff logins, up to 30 inventory items, and 50 POS sales a month, with no card required and no expiry date mentioned on the plan itself.
