MyroDeck is operated by Lexx Corporate Limited ("Lexx Corporate," "we," "us," or "our"), a technology and strategic consultancy registered in Nigeria with offices in Lagos, Ibadan, and Benin City. This policy explains what information we collect through MyroDeck — our accounting, inventory, point-of-sale, HR, and procurement platform — and the marketing website you're reading now, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to visitors of our marketing pages, businesses ("tenants") that register for a MyroDeck account, and the individual users those tenants authorize to access their account. Where a tenant business enters information about its own customers, suppliers, or staff into MyroDeck, that tenant acts as the data controller for that information and we act as a data processor on their behalf, under a separate data processing arrangement.
Account & business information. When you register a business on MyroDeck, we collect the business name, contact details, subdomain, industry template selection, and the names, emails, and roles of the staff you invite.
Business data you enter. Sales, inventory, accounting, HR, and procurement records you create while using MyroDeck — this is your data, stored so the platform can function, and is never used by us for any purpose other than providing and supporting the service.
Contact & lead information. If you fill out a form on our marketing site — for example the Contact page — we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, and message.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by MyroPay and our payment partners (Paystack, Flutterwave). We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
Usage & device information. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the service secure and to understand how it's used.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use business data you enter into MyroDeck to train external models or share it with advertisers.
Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 or a similar regulation applies, we process personal information on one or more of these bases: performance of a contract with you (running your MyroDeck subscription), your consent (for example, submitting a contact form), our legitimate interests (such as maintaining platform security), and compliance with legal obligations.
We share information only where necessary to operate MyroDeck:

We retain account and business data for as long as your MyroDeck subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted connections, access controls, and rate-limiting on public endpoints. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable any additional account protections MyroDeck offers.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If your business's data was entered by a MyroDeck tenant (for example, you're a customer or employee of a business using MyroDeck), please direct your request to that business first, as they control that data.

MyroDeck is operated from Nigeria. If you access MyroDeck from outside Nigeria, your information may be processed in Nigeria or other countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.
